Thank you for purchasing blanks from us! To help you successfully press your designs onto the blanks using sublimation, please follow these instructions:
Materials Needed

Sublimation blanks (polyester-coated or polyester fabric)

Sublimation printer with sublimation ink

Heat press machine

Heat-resistant tape

Parchment paper or butcher paper

Heat-resistant gloves
Preparation

Ensure your sublimation blanks are clean and free of dust or oils.

Print your design using sublimation ink on sublimation paper. Mirror the image before printing.

Cut out the design if necessary.
Pressing Instructions

Preheat your heat press to the recommended temperature (typically 375°F to 400°F, but check your blank's specifications).

Place the blank on the heat press platen.

Position your sublimation print face down on the blank.

Secure the print with heat-resistant tape to prevent shifting.

Cover the blank and print with parchment or butcher paper to protect the heat press.

Press with medium to firm pressure for the recommended time (usually 45-60 seconds).

Carefully remove the blank from the heat press using heat-resistant gloves.

Peel off the sublimation paper while the blank is still warm.
Cooling and Finishing

Allow the blank to cool completely before handling or packaging.

Avoid washing the sublimated item for at least 24 hours to ensure the design sets properly.

Always test press a sample before doing a full batch.

Adjust time, temperature, and pressure based on your specific heat press and blanks.

Use a Teflon sheet (recommend).
